Slowing Down

Self care for me is the most important part of doing the work I love to do. I just finished and amazing yoga class with Mindy at the studio and I am so happy I choose to spend my morning getting sweaty on my yoga mat. When my body and mind feel good, I make better decisions and I am a better person overall. As we let go of busy being a status symbol along with acquiring riches/wealth, we can see that the richest place to be is one where you feel good in your body, heart, and mind.

I wish you lots of love to your body, your heart, and your mind. Embrace the beauty of the day in front of you, we will never have this day again.
