Sunrise Thoughts

As the beautiful sunrise comes up over the mountain here where I sit, the birds are cheering that a new day is upon the islands. I feel the birds are cheering about the beauty of a new day and my heart is full. I can’t lie and say that I am happy to be leaving tonight, but I know I will be back to visit. The energy here is palpable and my heart is full of joy. The sky is a bright array of pink and orange hues that will quickly turn to blue sky for the beautiful Hawaiian day ahead.

Taking a break from the normal day to day is really nice. It gives not only your heart but your mind time to reset from the typical routine that we fall into for our day to day. I am so grateful for this mornings Hawaiian Sunrise and I look forward to many more in the future.
