Women’s “Get After It” Ocean Retreat

This surf retreat is for women who:
• Are ready to connect with the ocean and themselves on a deeper level.
• Want to challenge their limits and build confidence, both on and off the waves.
• Crave adventure, community, and a supportive environment to grow.
• Value self-care, good vibes, and creating unforgettable memories.
Whether you're chasing your first wave or your next big breakthrough, this retreat is designed to empower and inspire you!
You will gain: ability to analyze the ocean, learn risk assessment, and learn how to make your ocean safety plan + a good time!
The retreat will include:
Two nights of accommodations in Grayland, WA (Linens + towels included)
Twice Daily Ocean Guided Discussions led by Annie (To include Surf spot Analysis, Risk Assessment, Safety Plans)
All meals/ snacks included, early fast grab breakfast at retreat center; Beach Meals on Saturday during training; Dinners at Waves
Water Time with new friends
Sharing resources for more in-depth training
Connecting with amazing women in attendance
Bonfire both nights with new friends
Surf Movie each night if you desire to have snacks and relax
Alone time. As much or as little as needed. (you never know when you might need downtime, and we respect that here)
Joining this retreat is a deeply transformative journey as it will incorporate a blend of activities designed to bring out your confidence with your love of the ocean. This is the time to learn how to scale your ocean adventures, stay grounded, stay centered with yourself during the challenges the ocean will bring, and learn more about who you are as you work toward “Getting After It.”

Surfer/Teacher/Chaser of dreams big & small
Combining 20 plus years of surfing and her experience as a teacher, Annie facilitates group learning and water adventure activities with a passion for supporting other women on their journey to grow competence and confidence in the water. If the surf is flat you will find her on a SUP, reading in a hammock, or learning how to use a new power tool for a DIY project. Perpetually curious, she loves exploring all things water related and believes the ocean has wisdom and lessons to share with all of us. She looks forward to sharing the stoke and fueling the fires of inspiration to encourage more and more women to declare their dreams and get after it turning those desires into reality.
Terrish Bilbrey
Chef & Retreat Co-Host
Terrish Bilbrey is the visionary of Waves Reiki Reiki Center. Terrish grew up in Tennessee extremely connected to the natural world that surrounded her. Her first entrepreneur experiences was Landscape and Tobacco farming in her teens. Oddly, She previously spent a 20 year career in the U.S. Navy retiring as Senior Enlisted Leader of Operations Department on an aircraft carrier and since 2018 has been on the journey of understanding that we need safe places in our world for women to connect to themselves and others. has over 13 years experience as a yoga instructor. Terrish is a Reiki Master Teacher who facilitates many events for her community as well as conducing private Reiki sessions, Reiki Trainings, and host women and men for life changing private and group retreats.
