Precious Moments

Today I drove lots of miles and hours IN THE SNOW….. to arrive in Vancouver British Columbia for my week long event with Dr. Joe Dispenza. I made the journey today and extended my reservation due to the weather report. It is easy for me to walk the city streets and wish I was somewhere else where it is warm and where the trees are all around me instead of the concrete jungle, but I remind myself that each moment of life is a precious moment.

Precious moments happen each and every day. Even when I was commuting to the city this past year, there would be many precious moments for me along the way, such as, seeing the sunrise from the ferry ride across the Puget Sound. Other precious moments were witnessing how people live, walk, work, and exist in the city. At my heart and soul, I always love to be in nature and in the peace and quiet of a slower way of living, however, I feel that I have grown in a way that I can’t describe by being able to work on my calm centeredness while walking, driving, and biking in a busy city.

Can you slow your breath down and say thank you more often for the precious moments of your day? What catches your eye or makes you feel warm in your heart? The world is filled with so many amazing things, however, it is up to us to choose love and appreciation for the precious moments that makes our life more fulfilling.
